The group company has complete dyeing facilities and technologies, including Redflag long car continuous  dyeing, Benninger cold dyeing, Dani VAT overflow dyeing imported from Italy, Yadong VAT overflow dyeing  from Taiwan, vapor-liquid vat dyeing, flat vat dyeing, etc. Currently, there are 7 setting machine lines in the  company, including 3 Monforts lines and 4 Sun Super lines. There are also 4 complete composite lines in the  company, which adopt the most environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive composite technology, with safety  and environmental protection and free of formaldehyde. Dyeing and finishing fabrics involve different  categories of woven fabrics and knitted fabrics, with diverse application range of fabrics, including shading  fabrics for home textiles, heavy sofa fabric, mattress knitted fabric, leisure sportswear fabric and so on. The  company is also equipped with advanced software and hardware systems from home and abroad, such as the  Tecnarama automatic sampling system from Italy, Carnurse automatic material weighing, dusting and  conveying system, ERP system and MES system under development. The laboratory founded with a large of  money by the company is equipped with complete testing equipment, which is currently applying for the  certification of CNAS laboratory
